Dr. Sereana Naepi is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences. Dr Sereana conducts research into equity in higher education on both national and international scales, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to narrate the experiences within universities and the broader higher education and research sectors.
